Yes, we support women at any point in their experience of domestic abuse. Whether you are still in the relationship, thinking of leaving, have just left or there has been long separation but the impacts of the
domestic abuse are still occurring.
We support anyone over the age of 14 who has experienced any form of sexual violence, regardless of when it occurred.
Yes, our service works in a non-directive, non-judgemental manner which means we will not force you into a decision and also not judge you for staying. Instead, we can provide a safe space to talk through everything that you want to focus on.
Many women experiencing domestic abuse are not able to contact our services through their phone for safety reasons. You can contact the service through email, our Facebook page, through another agency you already linked in with or through a friend. It is very important to assess the safest way to contact us to ensure your abuser does not become aware.
Domestic abuse occurs in many different forms and no matter what form of abuse you are experiencing (intimidation, isolation, emotional, psychological, financial, digital, threats) you deserve support. Our support workers are available to explore the different types of abuse and impacts they can have on a victim.
Every person deserves to feel supported and there are no worse/better cases of domestic abuse or sexual violence. If you feel you could benefit from talking with a support worker, please do.
No. We can support you by phone only if you prefer. However, if you would like an individual face to face appointment, we can arrange this in our Main Office or one of our outreach locations.

Our service is completely confidential. We will not contact anyone about you, or on your behalf, without your permission.
For as long as you need to, there is no time limit.
No. All women are welcome to use our service, including women who stay in the relationship. Our main concern is for your safety and we respect your experiences and the choices you make about how to stay safe.
Yes, women who have left a relationship often feel more unsafe and vulnerable than before. We can support you to keep safe and to rebuild your life.
We can arrange to meet with you at a place of your choice, which you can get to and where you will be safe and comfortable. We cannot meet with you in your home.

We believe that you are the only person who knows what is right for you to do. So, we will not give you advice but will listen to you, provide you with information and continue to offer you support.
